With the Lode Rehab Manager software, you gain precise control over a wide array of ergometry parameters. This includes the ability to monitor workload, heart rate (BPM), oxygen saturation (SpO2), revolutions per minute (RPM), and the BORG Scale. Patient Database

An extensive patient database is available, which can work as a stand alone database or linked to a SQL server. HL7 connection to the Hospital Information System (HIS) is possible.

Monitor during the test

The visualisations on the monitor can be selected by the operator to define a clear and usefull visual overview during the exercise test. The lay-outs for different purposes can be saved by the operator.

Borg RPE scale integrated

Ratings of Perceived Exertion: an aid to help estimate the amount of exertion, the load and fatigue on a scale of 6 to 20.

Sophisticated analysis menu

Possibility to zoom into the results and synchronize with other graphs. To have a better look with the use of the x/y coordinate functionality. Compare several test results from a Test subject in a clear overview, or compare different test subject performing the same exercise test. Define your own print report.

Data dashboard available

Protocol editor

Exercise Protocols with target energy and target distance stages are created with the protocol editor. Special ramping stages or Heart rate controlled protocols are easily programmed. With the edit functionality the exercise protocols are adjusted in a second. Default protocols are available.

Can the Valiant be controlled by LCRM?

Yes the Valiant Treadmill can be controlled by LCRM. The treadmill is supplied with a RS232 port and can be controlled by a seperate com port.

Is the SpO2 option compatible with LCRM?

Yes the SpO2 results are visible during the rehab session.

Can I loop Lode rehab products easily?

Yes! It is very easy to create a comfortable rehab setting with Lode rehab products by looping the ergometers:

The first Lode rehab ergometer can be connected to the PC with LCRM with a Lode proprietary network to PC cable (#930930).
The second product up till the last product can be connected to the previous one, a bus network configuration.

The last product always needs a termination plug to avoid interference and loss of data. All Lode rehab products come standard with such a termination plug.

Will my existing Lode streamers and ergometers still be compatible when I upgrade the LCRM software to a newer version?

Yes you can upgrade to a newer LCRM version without any influence on the total LCRM installation, The Lode Streamers, ergometers and treadmills will work as usual.

Is it possible to lower the workload in case of a sudden SpO2 drop?

SpO2 can be used to control the load of the ergometer. In the tab “SpO2 ” you can choose to use SpO2 for automatic load adjustment and you can edit the settings (see manual LCRM 950902)

Is it possible to use a Heart rate controlled protocol in LCRM?

The stage “Heart Rate Controlled” gives you the opportunity to create a protocol to train with a certain heart rate. You can set the training duration and the target heart rate. The intensity (load or speed and inclination) will be controlled by the software in order to come to this certain heart rate as well as to keep the heart rate stable around the target. To set “The Target Heart Rate” you can choose between absolute heart rate, relative to max heart rate or Karvonen.

Is it possible to switch between protocols during a training in LCRM

During a training it is possible the adjust the workload (in Watt, speed slope and target HR). You can switch from workload controlled towards HR controlled and vice versa as well.

How do I make a HL7 connection with the Hospital Information System?

LCRM allows for data interchange with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) via the HL7 standard. Since there are many HIS that use different interpretations and versions of HL7 connectivity may not work out of the box. For some HIS special adaptations need to be made. In the General Settings, tab HL7 you can connect to your HL7 server if you have one. Please contact your systems administrator for the settings. Lode can provide support to implement your specific communication requests. You may contact Lode if this is required.

How is the LCRM software dealing with privacy and GPDR regulations?

Since LCRM software version 3.0, deactivate, reactivate and remove actions are logged on username, action and id number of the operator; because of privacy and GPDR regulations names and date of births are not logged. The logfiles can be found in %appdata%/lode/lcrm as AuditLod.csv.

I would like to put the LCRM data on a shared drive so that I can access it from different PC's. Is that possible?

the LCRM database can be connected to a MS SQL Server. Data stored on the MS SQL server can be reached from another PC with installed LCRM software which is connected to this MS SQL server.

Can I share LCRM data between 2 (or more) rooms with LCRM setups?

Data locally stored can’t be shared, but data stored on a MS SQL server can be shared. Please note that the raw ECG data is stored on the PC on which the trainings are performed. Only marked ECG data is stored in the database and accessible from other locations.

Do I need a new license for the upgrade to a newer version of LCRM?

Yes you will need a new license to upgrade LCRM. This license can be supplied by the Lode service support. You may need to order this via your distributor

Is an upgrade to a newer version of LCRM for free?

An upgrade to a newer version of software will give you more functionality, it’s not for free.
An update will give you small improvements and bug fixes, this is for free.
