Easy to operate Sprint test for explosive power assessment
The LEM 10 Module Wingate Test is an expansion option for Lode Ergometry Manager (LEM 10) that adds the well-known Wingate anaerobic sprint test protocol with dedicated visualisations, analysis and reporting tools. This module enables operators to perform and customise Wingate tests directly within LEM 10, enhancing assessment of anaerobic power and capacity.
The Wingate test is a 30-second all-out sprint protocol executed on a cycle ergometer at a constant torque level based on bodyweight. The module includes both pedalling-speed-dependent and independent test modes, and allows creation of multiple Wingate test variations. Data are corrected for inertia to deliver realistic power output values and can be visualised and analysed with specialised views and reports.
