Angio Rehab with static wall fixation
Introducing the Angio rehab with static wall fixation. Within this framework, the Angio rehab system is affixed securely to the wall, complete with integrated handgrips. Serving as an ergometric unit, the Angio rehab system facilitates both arm ergometry. Operating autonomously from pedalling speed, it spans the power range of 7 to 1000 watts. The Angio rehabilitation model is furnished with a 7″ touch screen control unit as a standard feature. Leveraging the embedded network module, seamless integration of the ergometer with Lode’s Cardiac Rehab Manager Software, Lode Rehab Manager, or the Lode Ergometry Manager is achievable.
Angio Rehab with static wall fixation
User friendly interface
The Angio rehab package includes an 7″ touch screen control unit, meticulously designed to elevate the user experience. Moreover, its integrated network module harmoniously merges with Lode’s specialized software, encompassing the Lode Cardiac Rehab Manager, Lode Rehab Manager, and the Lode Ergometry Manager.
Seamless Integration with LEM and LCRM
The effortless integration of the Angio Rehab system with the Lode Ergometry Manager (LEM) software creates a powerful collaboration aimed at enhancing patient-centred rehabilitation. This seamless connection facilitates the smooth transfer of exercise data from Angio Rehab sessions to LEM’s intuitive interface. Healthcare professionals can then monitor real-time exercise performance, capturing essential metrics such as pedal speed, workload, and heart rate. LEM’s dynamic platform simplifies the creation of personalized exercise profiles, nurturing customized rehabilitation regimens that align with each individual’s goals.
By combining the Angio Rehab system with the Lode Cardiac Rehab Manager (LCRM) software, a approach to cardiac rehabilitation management emerges. One of the biggest advantages of the use of L(C)RM is to be able to facilitate group training. With L(C)RM you are able to train with up to 16 patients at the same time. This fluid integration facilitates the exchange of exercise data and patient insights between the Angio Rehab system and LCRM, establishing a centralized hub for patient care. As patients engage in rehabilitation sessions using the Angio Rehab system, LCRM efficiently captures and organizes exercise data, enabling comprehensive monitoring of progress, performance and continues ECG data. This data-driven strategy empowers medical experts to design tailored cardiac rehabilitation plans that seamlessly adapt to individual needs and evolve alongside patients’ progress.
Why the Angio rehab with static wall fixation?
Reliable and reproducible stress tests
The experience of professionals who calibrate many ergometers shows that the Lode ergometers are the most reliable across the complete workload and rpm range and still within specifications even after many years of intensive use.
Easy to operate
For Lode products this means:
- Easy to connect
- Easy to move around
- Easy user interface
Additional features with PCU
Besides the possibility to program 24 protocols easily, this control unit offers the following features:
- Better monitoring because of the additional and larger display.
- A perfect combination with BPM.
- Possibility to measure SpO2.
Lode is a socially and environmentally responsible company. All Lode products are RoHS/WEE compliant and Lode is ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 13485:2016 certified. All medical products comply to MDD 93/42/EEC, incl. IEC 60601-1.
Accurate over a long period of time
The Lode ergometers are supplied with an electro-magnetic braking mechanism of Lanooy (eddy current). The biggest advantage of this braking system compared to a friction braking system is the absolute accuracy and the accuracy over time. Moreover, friction braking systems have more wearing parts.
Extreme low start-up load
The extreme low start-up load of 7 watts and the adjustability in small steps of 1 watt make this ergometer perfectly suitable for many different applications. The standard control unit shows multiple ergometry parameters and you can determine your specific default setting and start-up menu.
Small adjustment steps
The workload of the Lode ergometers is adjustable in steps of only 1 watt. Depending on your wishes, the test operator or the test subject can adjust the workload. The steps of 1 watt are possible in the manual mode as well as within protocols.
Various interface protocols guarantee perfect communication with all commonly known stress ECG and spirometry equipment
RS232 ports enable connectivity to most ECG and ergospirometry devices as well as PC’s.
Unleashing advanced features
The Angio Rehab with static wall fixation introduces a range of customizable enhancements designed to cater to diverse clinical needs. The inclusion of the program function provides medical professionals with rapid access to exercise data, choosing from many protocols, promoting effective monitoring and analysis throughout rehabilitation sessions. Furthermore, expanded capabilities like SpO2 and heart rate monitoring enrich the Angio Rehab’s capabilities, facilitating a comprehensive assessment of patients’ physiological responses. These additional options not only enhance the precision of exercise evaluation and added safety by monitoring SpO2 and HR, but also streamline the workflow for healthcare providers, ensuring a personalized and efficient rehabilitation experience that aligns with the unique requirements of each patient.
Advantages of static wall fixation
Steadiness: The static wall fixation eliminates unwarranted vibrations and movements that could compromise data accuracy..
Efficient Space Utilization: Implementing fixed wall fixation maximizes the utilization of floor space, a particularly beneficial aspect for clinics with spatial constraints.
Other options for wall fixation
In addition to the static wall fixation, we also provide an electrically adjustable wall fixation solution and the Angio with an automatic stand. Explore these products to see how their height adjustability can offer the optimal solution for your patients.

Frequently asked questions
Is it possible to request RPM and Load data through the RS232 port while cycling in Manual mode.
Yes you can request the actual pedalling speed and power when you are cycling in Manual, Analogue or Terminal mode.
The load will only be returned when the pedalling speed is 30 RPM or more. For technical details see the Lode RS232 protocol
Can I use a RS232 to USB converter to connect an ergometer?
Yes you can. Make sure the chipset used in the converter is from FTDI to have good data acquisition.
Not sure what this means? Contact us and we will help you to get the right converter.
Can I loop Lode rehab products easily?
Yes! It is very easy to create a comfortable rehab setting with Lode rehab products by looping the ergometers:
The first Lode rehab ergometer can be connected to the PC with LCRM with a Lode proprietary network to PC cable (#930930).
The second product up till the last product can be connected to the previous one, a bus network configuration.
The last product always needs a termination plug to avoid interference and loss of data. All Lode rehab products come standard with such a termination plug.
– Flawless data connection
– High bandwidth
– No interference of COM ports
– Full access of all data in the product to LCRM
Is Lode recommending special disinfection procedures for the Lode products due to COVID-19?
Yes, Due to the fact that the scientific research on the spread of Covid-19 is not yet conclusive Lode recommends to disinfect and clean all Lode products and their accessories (cuffs, heart rate belts, SpO2 sensors, handgrips/rails, touchscreens etc) that are in contact with the patient and or the medical personnel with a standard disinfectant as used in the hospital before and after every patient, with attention and care!
Since these agents are sometimes aggressive it might be advisable to check the effect on sensitive surfaces, like cushioning on non-visible areas. Lode will not take responsibility for discoloration due to these agents.
