Angio Imaging with stress support ultrasound
Tailored for medical professionals engaged in echocardiographic research, the Angio imaging with stress support ultrasound is meticulously crafted to elevate your echocardiographic studies. Boasting an electronically adjustable slope (transversal, 45º), this innovative table ensures the heart assumes an optimal position during imaging sessions. Notably, a removable segment of the back support enhances visualization of the heart from its posterior position.
To enhance patient comfort during exercise, the table offers adjustable shoulder and hip support. This combination creates an environment where subjects can undergo the assessment with utmost ease. This multifaceted solution isn’t restricted to a single posture. Whether your research entails supine or seated positions, this stress support setup accommodates a range of cardiologic exercise investigations.
Conducting research procedures is made seamless with the ability to position yourself beside the test subject. Furthermore, practicality is at the core of this design. The table comes equipped with a hassle-free transport tool, simplifying the process of moving the equipment to your desired location.
A 115-volt version is also available, with the same specifications and information as listed on this page. Learn more here.

Reliable and reproducible stress tests
The experience of professionals who calibrate many ergometers showed that the Lode ergometers are the most reliable across the complete workload and rpm range and still within specifications even after many years of intensive use.
Exercise instead of medicine
When a test subject is able to do exercise, it is always recommended above pharmacologic stress. It allows objective measurement in either level of cardiac conditioning and/or level of cardiac work. It is safe and perfectly reproducible.
High standards
Lode is a socially and environmentally responsible company. All Lode products are RoHS/WEEE compliant and Lode is ISO 9001:2015, and ISO 13485:2016 certified. All medical products comply to MDD 93/42/EEC, incl. IEC 60601-1.
Multifunctional
The ergometer can be used in various ergometry settings, enabling a multifunctional deployment.
Product features
Extreme low start up load
The extreme low start-up load of 7 watts and the adjustability in small steps of 1 watt make this ergometer perfectly suitable for many different applications. The standard control unit shows multiple ergometry parameters and you can determine your specific default setting and start-up menu.
Small adjustment steps
The workload of the Lode ergometers is adjustable in steps of only 1 watt. Depending on your wishes, the test operator or the test subject can adjust the workload. The steps of 1 watt are possible in the manual mode as well as within protocols.
Accurate over a long period of time
The Lode ergometers are supplied with an electro-magnetic braking mechanism of Lanooy (eddy current). The biggest advantage of this braking system compared to a friction braking system is the absolute accuracy and the accuracy over time. Moreover, friction braking systems have more wearing parts.
Compatible with ECG and pulmonary devices
The Lode ergometers have digital interfaces and can be controlled easily by all known stress ECG and pulmonary devices available in the world. This is one of the reasons why the Lode ergometers are very popular worldwide.
No pharmalogical stress needed
No pharmalogical stress needed during Echo Stress Test
Service friendly ergometer
Lode ergometers are very service friendly. In general, total costs for spare parts are so low that they are negligible. Furthermore, most options are so easy to install and firmware is so easy to update that labor costs are minimal. Moreover, the ergometer can be cleaned easily.
Additional features with PCU
Besides the possibility to program 24 protocols easily, this control unit offers the following features:
- Better monitoring because of the additional and larger display
- A perfect combination with BPM
- Possibility to measure SpO2
Versatile Interfacing
Various interface protocols guarantee perfect communication with all commonly known stress ECG and spirometry equipment
Stable pedals
This product is standard supplied with stable pedal shoes for foot fixation to enable reclined pedaling.

Frequently asked questions
What is the adjustability of the Echo Cardiac Stress Table (ECST)?
backsupport: 0-32°; rotation 45°; ergometer range 400 mm
Is it possible to request RPM and Load data through the RS232 port while cycling in Manual mode.
Yes you can request the actual pedalling speed and power when you are cycling in Manual, Analogue or Terminal mode.
The load will only be returned when the pedalling speed is 30 RPM or more. For technical details see the Lode RS232 protocol
How do I know how to interface my ECG or ergospirometry device to a Lode product?
In the SERVICE tab of every product, you find all available interfacing options.
You can download a short instruction on how to choose the right settings on your ergometer or treadmill and the ECG or ergospirometry device.
Can I use a RS232 to USB converter to connect an ergometer?
Yes you can. Make sure the chipset used in the converter is from FTDI to have good data acquisition.
Not sure what this means? Contact us and we will help you to get the right converter.
What are the shoe sizes belonging to the various pedal shoes?
You can calculate with the following sizes:
Pedal shoe pediatric (917833, all segments):
EU: 24 – 31
US child: 8 – 13.5
UK child: 6.5 – 13
Pedal shoe (default, 917803, Imaging segment):
EU: 32 – 41

EU: 32 – 48
US male: 1 – 13
US female: 1 – 14
UK adult: 1 – 13
Is Lode recommending special disinfection procedures for the Lode products due to COVID-19?
Yes, Due to the fact that the scientific research on the spread of Covid-19 is not yet conclusive Lode recommends to disinfect and clean all Lode products and their accessories (cuffs, heart rate belts, SpO2 sensors, handgrips/rails, touchscreens etc) that are in contact with the patient and or the medical personnel with a standard disinfectant as used in the hospital before and after every patient, with attention and care!
Since these agents are sometimes aggressive it might be advisable to check the effect on sensitive surfaces, like cushioning on non-visible areas. Lode will not take responsibility for discoloration due to these agents.
