Bicycle Ergometry
Bicycle ergometry is a widely used form of exercise testing and physical assessment performed on a stationary bicycle, also known as a bicycle ergometer or cycle ergometer. During the test, the individual pedals the ergo bike while key physiological parameters are monitored, such as heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen uptake, workload, and power output.
